Any workshop spot can be reserved with a $100.00 deposit. Pricing has been revised and workshop fees now include lunch. Workshops require planning and preparation and early registration helps us in the planning process. If you are thinking seriously about a workshop, please let us know, so that we can plan accordingly. Drop us an email or call the studio.
To pay your deposit via PayPal online, first please confirm that there is still space in the workshop. Then add the appropriate workshop payment (using the drop-down menu in the payment section of each workshop listing) to your shopping cart and follow the instructions. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use your credit card for payment.
All attendees must complete a Workshop Registration form even if paying online. Please print the required workshop form and mail with a check or pay by PayPal and mail or fax the form to 704-541-6944.
If a workshop is already full and there is a waiting list, please do NOT send a deposit, either by mail or through PayPal until asked to do so.
SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR WORKSHOP ATTENDEES
TIME: Unless otherwise noted, all workshops begin at 10:00 am and end at 4:00 pm. Registration confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of deposit and registration form. Balance of payment is due at least (30) thirty days before the workshop begins. Supply lists and general information will be sent by email in a timely manner before the workshop. The Studio and Gallery are handicapped accessible. If a participant requires special accommodation, the Studio should be notified in advance.
WHERE TO STAY: There are several hotels in the area which offer a courtesy discount for workshop participants from out of town. The recently renovated Comfort Suites in Pineville, NC offers a discounted rate to my students. Attendees must register online at this linkfor the Nancy Couick Studios, Inc. corporate rate. The address is Comfort Suites, 10415 Centrum Parkway, Pineville, NC 28134. Phone 704-540-0069. This is a totally renovated hotel, offering all suites, with either two queen beds or one king.
LUNCH: Lunch is catered in for all workshops and is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY: "Please note that workshop deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds of any kind are given if you cancel 45 days or less prior to the workshop. You may want to consider travel insurance to protect yourself in case of personal emergencies. If the instructor cancels the workshop, we will do our best to reschedule the workshop in the same 12 month period. If this is not possible for some reason, you may transfer your deposit to another workshop as space is available or request a refund. All cancellation requests must be in writing."
